INTENTION~ can be a powerful way to create clarity around your desires. By stating your intention, you can begin to move towards the direction of your goals. So, the I in the word diet, stands for “intend to love yourself now.” That’s right, nothing like embracing your beautiful self as you are in the present moment.

Self-love takes awareness, compassion, desire and intention. Self-love does not happen just because you want it. It takes practice, like anything worthwhile and patience for those moments when you are feeling the opposite. Begin by stating your own intention to go deeper in your own self-love. Slowing Down for The New Year!

I’m in Miami Beach for the New Year and one thing I know for sure is that life down here is all about s-l-o-w-i-n-g down! The city has displayed a series for giant bright pink snails around the beach to remind us all to slow down. I thought that was the perfect message to share with The Lingerie Diet. My mission is to teach women to embrace their unique beauty and celebrate their bodies by adorning themselves with beautiful lingerie daily. But this concept is absolutely about slowing down to get back in touch with yourself as a woman. To celebrate your femininity, your journey, your body, your sensuality and everything that you have created in your life.
So this New Year, I invite you all to go deeper into slowing down and to love yourself exactly as you are and where you are in your life!
