What we will do together:
You will receive a confidential questionnaire that will give me more information about your history and current desires around lingerie. Once I understand your needs, we will go shopping at various specialty lingerie boutiques in Manhattan. I will help you select lingerie that fits well and reflects your personal desires and style.
What you will need:
Come with your hair styled, make-up on and a pair of sexy shoes to change into while we are in the dressing room. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to take off and be willing to s-t-r-e-t-c-h your comfort zone and embrace your inner courtesan. A great sense-of-humor and playfullness will make your experience a pleasure!
The Lingerie Diet works in three steps:
1. Assess
Like a “diet”, the first step is to take a peek and make a plan. We’ll overturn your drawers and, through a personal questionnaire, I’ll analyze and share what is working and what is missing in your lingerie wardrobe, based on your age, lifestyle, career and anything else that may create special lingerie needs. Together we’ll create a shopping plan to build the lingerie wardrobe perfect for you.
2. Undress
Next, I will escort you to specialty lingerie shops for you to try bras, panties, slips, camisoles, sleepwear and shape-wear. The shopping itself is education. I’ll teach you how to fit bras perfectly on your own body type. Like clothing, lingerie sizes can vary by brand, which often means that a woman wears more than one size. This can be very confusing and frustrating, so it is important to invest the time to understand and learn what fits well and what doesn’t. We’ll follow our shopping plan, but of course — if you’re up for it — we may add some fun pieces too.
3. Debut
Finally, we’ll discuss the attention and thought needed for your new wardrobe. This includes learning how to take care of your lingerie so it continues to fit well, knowing when to throw out worn or ill-fitting items, and planning regular lingerie shopping trips to continue building and adding what is needed. But in the meantime, you’ll be ready to reveal the new you.
